The Express Edition is a full featured (Except for the
IDEA, SHA256, SHA384, SHA512, RIPEMD160, WHIRLPOOL,
TIGER and GOST algorithms) and not time limited program. However it has
some functional limitations (Limited to 14 chars). RC4
algorithm is not limited.
